Lizzo is a revolution. This is her fourth album and, like much of her music, it is an ode to positive body image, self-love, and independence. Lizzo is not afraid to be herself, which is an especially important message for youth in general, but girls in particular. The music is upbeat, fun, and doesn’t shy away from what it’s like to be a large-bodied Black woman in America.
