This is another coming-of-age story meant for teens entering adulthood. It draws on a series of tropes found in fairytales, such as a demon inside a prince, a witch's hut, the power behind names, the loss of summer, and a long-frozen road in a forest. The story is loosely based on Rumpelstiltskin. These themes are still relevant as they showcase how families fall apart due to violence, how the persecution of people leads to wars, and how children can embark on magical journeys to find themselves.
