Although LA seems extremely far away, I thought to include this as it is a prime example of what an online teen space can accomplish. It is a bright and inviting page, with interactive controls and a variety of options. I appreciate that the five main headers - New & Recommended; College & Career; Homework Resources; Get Involved; Get the Balance Right - all pertain to various important facets of a young person's life. There is also a blog section that is written by teenagers, promoting book and movie lists, and library programming. The only true drawback is the difficulty finding the teen site through the main website as the font is small and seems a bit hidden.
